Public vs. Private: If you post video content to a public area of The ProEdge Academy (e.g., a "Batting Masterclass" group), this content is visible to other members.
License to Use: By uploading video content, you grant ProEdge-Sports a license to host, display, and analyze that content within the platform for the purpose of providing coaching feedback.
Content Caution: We advise users not to capture sensitive background information (e.g., house numbers, car number plates, or non-consenting individuals) in their training videos.
Right to Remove: ProEdge-Sports reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates our standards or privacy requirements without prior notice.
Protecting the safety and privacy of young athletes is our highest priority. We have strict protocols for users under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable Parental Consent.
If you are under 13, you must not register an account yourself. Your parent or legal guardian must register the account on your behalf using their details.
We permit users aged 13–17 to access The ProEdge Academy, provided they have parental permission.
Parental Supervision: We strongly encourage parents/guardians to actively monitor their child’s use of the platform, particularly regarding the upload of videos and interaction in community forums.
Safeguarding: ProEdge-Sports maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or inappropriate conduct. We reserve the right to terminate accounts to protect the welfare of our younger members.

Active Accounts: Retained for the duration of your membership.
Inactive Accounts: We retain personal data for 24 months after a membership is cancelled to allow for easy reactivation and historical training analysis. After this period, data is anonymized or deleted.
Financial Records: By law, we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial, and Transaction Data) for 6 years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.
